I spent all morning (7:45-11) trying to work out the details of the dive since the boat was already full. When everything was worked out, Jeff said they cancelled the dive due to rough conditions. That's okay; at least he is going shore diving tomorrow. I'm going to return the rental gear to the military base in a bit - I'll need special permission to get on base or else I'll just have to meet someone at the gate. Meg and I are meeting up with a few of her friends to see a movie tonight since the weather isn't ideal for being outside. No rain, no rainbow though, right? Haha.
