The first full day has been interesting. There are already some people I don't fit with perfectly and others that I would work with on any project. It's funny though because I seem to have been wrong about a handful of them. Some I thought I would struggle to relate to are turning out to have the most in common whereas others I thought would be great to be around don't seem to have as compatible personalities as I thought. I get along well with everyone but as I'm sure you all know, there's a range: people can fall anywhere on the spectrum.
Overall I would call this first day a success and I'm looking forward to the days to come.
