After the WFR course was finished, a good friend of mine from Denison drove out to meet me for lunch: Brynn. She spent a year in Tanzania, we lived in the same dorm freshman year, we traveled to Italy together with the music department, and she's really cool. Although from Colorado, she moved to North Carolina recently and that's how she was able to come meet up with me. We had a great time reminiscing about Denison, talking about the past year, and discussing the future. Good times.
Training has been a lot of fun. It was located at a Christian retreat/camp in Oxford, North Carolina which ended up being a great setting. We played a lot of games but between them there was a lot of learning that took place. This afternoon we came back to NC State's campus where we finish off our last two days of training.
Just as a head's up... I'm not allowed to say anything specifically about work so my posts for the next couple months will be very highly censored, including this one.
